Inquiry Questionnaire: The first step in the accreditation process is to complete and submit the Inquiry Questionnaire to determine an institution’s basic eligibility. Before submitting the Inquiry Questionnaire, please review the Eligibility Requirements for ACCET accreditation.
Note that two important requirements are that an institution has: (1) successfully operated and conducted education/training programs for a minimum of two consecutive years and (2) had at least one graduating class complete its training.

Upon review of the completed questionnaire, you will be notified whether the institution meets ACCET’s eligibility requirements. Additional introductory materials describing the accreditation process will also be provided. Please submit the completed Inquiry Questionnaire and fee of $100 (in the form of a check or money order made payable to “ACCET”) to:
